The website https://www.alfa.design (the Site) is the exclusive property of Alfa Design.
The consultation of the Site is subject to the full acceptance and respect by the Internet users of the following conditions of use.
The Internet user undertakes to make personal and non-commercial use of the information contained on the Site. In case of non-compliance with the provisions of these legal notices, by the Internet user, his civil and/or criminal liability may be engaged.

In general, the data, texts, information, logos, visual identities, images, animated or not, and their formatting, videos, appearing on the Site are the property of Alfa Design and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any Internet user agrees not to use them except within the strict framework offered by the Site.

3. Protection of personal data

The Internet user may be asked to provide certain personal data by answering the forms offered on the Site. The input of this data is necessary for Alfa Design to process the user’s request.

Alfa Design undertakes to comply with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties as amended and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 known as “RGPD” and to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the personal information entrusted to it.

Data controller
Alfa Design processes the personal data of Internet users in its capacity as data controller.

Personal data processed and purposes of processing
Alfa Design does not collect on the Site any personal data of Internet users. Alfa Design indicates his email and a telephone number.

Recipients of personal data
The personal data collected on the Site is processed only by members of the Alfa Design team.
Personal data is stored on hosting servers located in Switzerland. Internet users are informed that their personal data will be subject to protection identical to that required in Europe insofar as the company responsible for hosting is obliged to comply with the GDR concerning the personal data of European citizens.

Period of retention of personal data
Alfa Design undertakes to keep this personal data, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, for a maximum period of three years from the last contact with the Internet user, whether at the initiative of Alfa Design or the Internet user.
At the end of this period or in the event of exercise of its rights by the Internet users, Alfa Design undertakes to destroy any copy of the Internet users’ personal data that it may hold.

Security of personal data
Alfa Design undertakes, as part of its obligation of means, to take all useful precautions and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures in this matter to guarantee an appropriate level of security and to protect the personal data of Internet users against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access.

Internet users’ rights over their personal data
Internet users have the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing, portability of their personal data, the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision and the right to revoke their consent, concerning the personal data they provide.

Alfa Design undertakes to reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest from receipt of the request.

Confidentiality of personal data
Alfa Design guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data processed and ensures that the persons authorized to process the said personal data also undertake to respect this obligation of confidentiality.
